Magnesium is the second most common intracellular cation which essential in metabolic processes, protein synthesis, membrane integrity, nervous tissue conduction, neuromuscular excitability, muscle contraction. In obstetrics magnesium has an important role maternal and foetal wellbeing. Limited data available our state to find hypomagnesaemia during pregnancy its association with socio-demographic profile of women so present study was done factors pregnant hypomagnesaemia. Methods: This a hospital based cross-sectional study. 100 their third trimester were included after obtaining written informed consent. After detail history examination, serum measured. And analyzed.
